In our weekly 45-minute sessions, we explore your current challenges while uncovering the deeper patterns that may be shaping your experience. This work can be brief or ongoing, depending on your needs and goals. For those seeking more intensive support, we can meet multiple times per week to create a stronger container for transformation.

Intensive Therapy

For individuals in crisis or those deeply motivated for change, I offer more frequent sessions (2-3 times weekly). This increased contact provides:

Psychoanalysis

We begin with a free 45-minute consultation where we:

If we decide to proceed, we'll meet for 3-4 sessions to:

Session format

  • Individual sessions are 45 minutes
  • I offer flexible scheduling, including mornings & evenings, -we settle into a regular time that works for us both - predictability and routine are helpful for growth
  • Frequency determined by your needs and goals
  • Virtual and in-person options available

Investment

My fees reflect my extensive training and experience. I work with many clients using out-of-network insurance benefits and can discuss sliding scale options when needed. The focus is on finding a sustainable way to support your growth.
